The Baillie Wind Farm project will provide a community benefit fund for the local community of £100,000 per annum for the 25-year life of the wind farm.
A trust fund will be set-up to administer the payments and will be made up of local people who will decide how to distribute the money to projects in the West Caithness area.
A £25,000 payment will also be made per annum to a fund to be set and managed by the Caithness Chamber of Commerce for grants to small businesses throughout Caithness and North Sutherland.
